Please meet at the Hall at 11.45am as we will be leaving at 12 sharp.

Return to the hall is approximate time at present and you will be notified on the day if this is different.

Bring along your lunch as we will be arriving earlier to ensure we can get parking for the bus.

All tickets have been purchased and will be held by me until we enter.

If for some reason you are unable to attend please give advance notice if possible.
